When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on a form, or otherwise agree in writing, you agree to receive text messages from Chris Ailes Mortgage Advisor at that number.
How your mobile number and consent are handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
I provide mortgage loan origination services: assessing your options, taking and processing your application, and working with wholesale lenders to obtain financing. Loans in Florida and Texas are originated through Anchor Mortgage Funding Inc. and loans in Ohio through Loan Factory, Inc.; the disclosures and loan documents for your transaction come from the applicable entity. Nothing on this website is a commitment to lend, an offer to extend credit, or a guarantee of approval, rate, terms or timing. All loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting on a complete application. Program availability, guidelines, rates and fees change without notice; the terms that apply to you are the ones in the written disclosures you receive for your loan.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Misstating or omitting information can result in a loan being denied or a transaction being cancelled, and may be unlawful. You are responsible for reviewing every document you sign and for asking questions before you sign.
Any fees for my services or for third-party services in your transaction are disclosed to you in writing as state and federal law require, including through the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. Nothing on this website states or implies a fee, rate or cost.
I operate in compliance with applicable state and federal law, including the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Housing Act. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
The content on this website is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice, and it may not reflect current guidelines or pricing. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these website terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state where you reside, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Disputes about a specific loan are governed by the loan documents and the disclosures for that transaction.
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply from that date.
